其实must have been done只是must have done的被动形式罢了.
我说,你举出来的那几个例子：1那个就是must have been doing的结构是指某动作在过去某时间点开始,一直持续到现在,有继续持续下去的趋向,或者等这句话一说完这个动作就完成；
2那个是加形容词 be expensive=很贵,must have been expensive= 一定是很贵的了.
3那个asleep也是形容词,be asleep=睡着的.句子意思是：那时我一定是睡着了.（表示对过去肯定的推测）
提示：
must have done是对过去事实的肯定猜测 而must have been doing 表示某人一定正在做某事 这个动作从过去持续到现在 must have been就是表示一个肯定的结果

其实这两个的区别可以这样来推导(俺多年的经验哈,下面的解释应该好理解吧）：
*must have done---这个应该知道吧?就是表示对过去的一种推测,接下来就由这个推导下来；
1must have+been doing---把这个和上面的must have +done进行比较,仔细看看比较加号后面的：
must have +done
must have+ been doing
都知道be doing 表示正在进行的动作,正在发生的,那要放到must have done里面去,则要符合“done”的这中过去分词的形式,则就变成了must have+been doing 拉,有一直发生的意思,整个意思就是“表示对过去一直发生的事情的推测”.
如：Tom must have been playing basketball.汤姆肯定是一直在打篮球.
2 同样,把must have+been done--把这个和must have +done进行比较,仔细看看比较加号后面的：
must have +done
must have+been done
be done表示被动,表示什么人或物被怎么样了,那要放到must have +done里面去,就要符合过去分词的形式,则就要变成“must have+been done”,意思是“表示对过去发生的被怎么怎么样了”.

ought to 在语气上比should 要强.
而后面跟have been done 表示：本来能,本来应该,本来必须.
